Sandra Kegie is President of Kegie
Consulting Corp., in particular she focuses on assisting mutual fund
dealers in complying with the requirements of regulatory audits and
requests, and works with dealers’ senior management on strategy,
policy and risk management issues as well as mediation and dispute
resolution.
In addition, she is the Executive
Director of the Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers (FMFD) and the
Executive Director of the Association of Canadian Compliance
Professionals (ACCP). She brings with her many years experience in
government and financial services, sales, marketing and
communications and mutual fund dealer compliance.
