Sandra Kegie is President of Kegie Consulting Corp., in particular she focuses on assisting mutual fund dealers in complying with the requirements of regulatory audits and works with dealers’ senior management on relationship management, strategy, policy and risk management issues. She brings with her many years experience in government and financial services, sales, marketing and communications and mutual fund dealer compliance. She is the Executive Director of the Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers (FMFD) and is a founder and Past Chair of the Association of Canadian Compliance Professionals (ACCP). She has Chaired The Investment Funds Institute of Canada’s (IFIC’s) Regulatory and Sales Practices Committees, and participates in industry and dealer conferences.
